Wiki Graffiti in New York’s Subway

Posted 8 Jan, 2008 under Culture by Chris Baskind

Check the “citation needed” sticker that’s been plastered on this poster:

Wiki graffiti

You can tell wikispeak has gotten under our cultural skin when it starts turning up in New York subway graffiti.

Thanks to our rockin’ Digg commenters, we’ve got a detail of this poster. It’s “Wikiffiti” from Bekathwia at Flickr.

    @Apex Blue:
    If you’re (not your) going to make a post like that… for GODS SAKE!!!… look at all the images so you ACTUALLY see the thing that is supposed to be funny.

    I know its difficult, but there is TWO whole pictures you need to look at, one a wide shot showing the whole area so you can get a feel for the surroundings and then a close up giving you the details of the funny parts.

    I took the liberty of making an emoticon out of that particular comic.

    Haha, if you´re going to correct someone´s punctuation, why not do the whole thing and correct ¨GODS SAKE¨ as well! :p
