Public sex is usually a no-no. If you’re human.

But an Oklahoma woman has learned the hard way that her amorous pet goats have offended the public morality. Carol Medenhall found herself ticketed after her goats were seen mating and relieving themselves in the yard of her Dibble home, just south of Oklahoma City.

That’s right: relieving themselves. A Dibble statute makes it a crime to allow pets to go to the bathroom in public view. Even on fenced, private land.

Medenhall’s Goats Gone Wild apparently are setting a poor example for people and other goats in the neighborhood.

Medenhall says she was shocked by the charges. In addition to knowing nothing of the oddball statute, she was unaware her neighborhood had been recently annexed by the city.

“I kind of though it anyone was caught having sex in public, it could have been me,” she told Dallas’ KXAS-TV.
