Last night’s scheduled maintenance ended up being something of an ordeal for snarfd’s web host, Media Temple.

The five hour maintenance window became twelve after a storage component upgrade went bad and an attempt at rolling things back went even worse. In the end, they finally got it together, and things seem to be getting back to normal.

Anyway: sorry about all that. snarfd is back in the saddle. Everything is butterflies and ponies again. Thanks for your patience.
